Who actually performs the treatment?
At many practices the injector is a nurse or technician working under a supervising physician who is not on site. At Modern Aesthetica, Dr. Daniel Moghadam performs the treatments himself. Ask this question everywhere; the answers vary more than people expect.
Will they tell you no?
A practice that recommends treatment every time you walk in is selling, not assessing. Patients here regularly leave with a smaller plan than they came in for, or with advice to wait. If threads will not fix significant sagging, we will say that surgery is the honest answer.
Do you know the price before treatment?
Botox is priced per unit and fillers per syringe. You should be told the exact count and total before anything begins — not afterward.
What happens if something goes wrong?
